Information for OSHC Members
Due to the spread of COVID-19 (also known as Novel Coronavirus), the Australian Government has announced increased restrictions on travel to Australia to ensure the health, safety and well-being of the Australian community.
We understand this is stressful for students. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and helpful resources for international students.
What if I am unable to return to Australia to continue my study due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions?
We encourage students to contact their education provider to discuss possible deferment of studies if they are unable to return to Australia to continue their studies.
For further information about changes to your student visa visit the Department of Home Affairs.
What if I need to change the dates of my OSHC?
If you purchased your OSHC through your institution or an education agent, please contact them directly to discuss updating your policy start and end date.
